SHJ SERIES TWIN CONE BLENDER
Twin cone blender of series SHJ is composed of rotating container with twin cone and transmission system, which is used to mix powder product and other multi component material.
Features:
n Mixture cylinder is made of SS201/304 , the inner is mirror polished, the surface is wire drawing, no dead angle, thorough discharge, easy cleaning.
n The transmission shaft is composed of two half shafts. Before installation, the shaft sleeve is fixed and welded on the cylinder wall with a plate, and the concentric rod is taken out after completion, the shaft hole is closely welded, and there is no leakage.
n The transmission system is composed of motor, reducer, sprocket, bearing, transmission shaft and so on. The rotation speed of the drum is 1 / 9 rpm (frequency conversion). There is no noise in the working process and the operation is stable.
n The frame of the mixer is made of GB A3 channel steel, The plane is flat, no scratches, no welding marks, and the side of the rotating bracket electrically controlled is a movable door, which is easy for maintenance.
n The discharge port of the barrel is equipped with stainless steel sealed butterfly valve, which has good sealing effect and convenient operation.
n The feed port is stainless steel movable cover plate, which has good sealing effect and convenient operation.
n Compact structure, small occupied, easy to operate and clean.
n The feeding mode can be manual or vacuum suction, which can be optional.
